When Priscilla announced its 10th anniversary homecoming tour, we knew it had to deliver some serious cut-through in a crowded market while bringing familiar fun and joy that the show is known for. Charged with colour and a true celebration of drag at its best, the key art needed to reflect the importance of Priscilla in Australia’s cultural history as well as its renewed relevance in post-marriage equality Australia. Through close monitoring of time and budget we were able to shoot on location at the Regent Theatre, which gave the art a level of authenticity that wouldn’t have been possible in a studio.
